Founded in 1993, Omega Medical Research is considered RI’s premier research center. Centrally located in the smallest state in the Union, Omega is easily accessible to volunteers and sponsors alike. Our reputation for rapidly recruiting and retaining evaluable patients, along with producing high quality study data makes Omega an ideal site to place a study.
Our Experience:
As a multi-specialty research facility, Omega Medical Research has conducted well over 400 Phase I, II, III, IV clinical drug and device trials in virtually most medical
specialties. These include: Allergy, Cardiology, Consumer Health, Dermatology, Endocrinology and Metabolism, Gastroenterology, Infectious Diseases, Musculoskeletal, Neurology, Nutrition, Pain Management, Pediatrics, Psychiatry, Pulmonary/Sleep Medicine, Urology, Vascular and Women’s Health studies. Additionally, Omega has conducted over 45 Vaccine trials in many of these subspecialties, which has earned us a stellar reputation nationally as a sought-after vaccine research site.
Recruitment is a particular strength; utilization of an extensive computerized database with well over 15,000 patients, as well as unique incorporation of the most ideal advertising mediums has contributed to great success in achieving enrollment goals.
